Customer service needs a serious upgrade. The response I received regarding my minor issue was far too passive, and it’s frustrating. I was consistently promised follow-ups, yet I had to chase them down myself. Ultimately, I paid a premium for a product that arrived significantly late, and the lack of interest from the company is unacceptable. I was assured that my shipping would be expedited, yet it was sent via regular shipping instead. The agent failed to communicate that the expedited request was made too late, and I received no follow-up. Given this experience, I am seriously considering returning the item and opting for a more affordable option based solely on the poor service I received.
