I bought this for my niece as a high school graduation gift. She was heavily involved in wellness and mental health in her high school. She was talking to me about breath control and teaching breathing exercises at school for anxiety and stress managment. I thought it would be the perfect gift for her.
When this arrived I just knew it was going to be the best gift! it is beautiful.
