I've wanted to write a review for awhile, but didn't quite know the words to say. I was skeptical, I had tried cheaper necklaces on Amazon. However, I was looking for something to help me manage my anxiety as well as quit vaping, I stumbled upon Komuso. I loved the look of them, the Active Shift caught my eye first. I wasn't going to just spend my money because something appealed to me though. I looked around the Komuso Design website, read everything, looked at all the products. I really liked what I saw, and could easily get behind what the owners stood for. I also couldn't argue with the science behind how it works. They did their research, and it clearly shows on their site. I was in, I needed one. Roughly a little over 2 months since I placed my first order, and I have found this really does help ease my anxiety, it slows down the racing thoughts when I inhale, hold, then do a long exhale. I am just over 2 months vape/nicotine free as well. I do actively use my necklace often, every day. I now own 5 to pick from. Wearing my Komuso is not only handy, but it is a constant and tangible reminder that I can do hard things, I can choose not to smoke, and it is a reminder of the healthy lifestyle I have chosen to live now.
