LOVE my Shift! Besides the fact is has proven pysiological benefits from use, I absolutely love the design, weight, feel, and overall look. It feels like a way to be true to my breath needs while still feeling soft and feminine. I actually lost my old one and knew I would need a replacement immediately. It's a staple I don't want to go without.
