I suffer with anxiety and vaping 24-7. After watching videos and doing my own research, I decided to give this a shot. Thinking it wouldn't work, boy was I wrong. It is amazing and definitely helps with anxiety and also is helping to quit vaping because my biggest struggle was the hand to mouth motion. It has already helped so much
