Thank you so much Konditor for your excellent service and cakes! I went to this new branch in Callum St by Leadenhall Market which was recently opened. I was served by a lovely young gentleman with black hair who was closing that evening, I came around 17:00 unfortunately I didn't get his name, but he is definitely spreading the joy through cake. He was very polite, positive and we had a good conversation over the lemon chiffon cake which is our both favourite. This is the best service I've received in a while, I will definitely be back for more! Please can you find out who it was who served me and give him a big well done, he is a big credit to your company.
