My son's chocolate birthday brownies arrived late because unfortunately the new delivery company were not yet up to speed with Konditor's requirements. Konditor could not have been more helpful and did absolutely everything they could to make up for this. The quality of their cakes amazes me because they seem so home made - like they were just baked this morning. Siobhan who dealt with my 'complaint' is a total star. Thank you Konditor
