K&K were fantastic. There was a glitch on their website which meant that my address shouldn’t have been included in the delivery option, as it was too far for their courier to travel. Instead of cancelling the order, they went above and beyond to arrange the delivery with someone else, without charging me a penny extra - meaning that they actually lost money on my order. They called me the day before to ensure everything was OK for delivery the following day, and everything arrived right on schedule. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service - thank you!!!
