Ordered the curly whirly cake. Firstly, I would suggest that they seal the box as they use a third-party courier service. I found the icing on my cake to be slightly smudged and I would’ve felt reassured had the box been sealed. I did reach out to Konditor by Instagram but didn’t receive a response and I’ve previously called them Before I placed the order about an Before I placed the order about a separate matter and they don’t answer their phones either. The cake itself was delicious, but the texture of both the cake and the frosting was quite grainy as if the sugar crystals hadn’t fully dissolved so you could feel it in your bite.
