I am very happy with Konditor, traditionally every year I buy the red velvet cake as it's my mothers favourite. The customer service is great and staff are always cheerful.
My only gripe is that the Lemon Chiffon cake has now been discontinued. I really loved that flavour and I'm not keen on their replacements as I dislike berry flavoured things.
