Collected Monday morning and immediately stored in the fridge to use the following day. Unfortunately most raspberries were moldy by the morning. No replacement available in store so we were offered smaller cakes to compensates. Consequently there were no anniversary celebration notes on the cakes as a result. Very disappointing.
