DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! This company has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered a Brita water tank. It arrived with the box completely smashed along with the actual water tank which had pieces of plastic snapped off along with black mould in the bottom of the tank and the filter. It was completely unusable. I sent Konnec an email explaining the above with photo evidence and of course a week later I had hear nothing back. I then contacted them by telephone and was told I would receive a call back. another week went by and nothing. I then contacted them a further 6 times to be told the same thing every time that someone would call me back and that there was nothing they could do. I did not have the money to waste on a completely unusable product but it seems that that is the case as over a month has passed with no contact whatsoever. The customer service is rude. Please go to a reputable company and do not waste your money!
