Non delivery of item ordered , although they told me it had been despatched but courier had not collected it. I messaged them again to say that if courier does not collect, the item goes back to them & that when they get it back I would like it resending. That was about 6 weeks ago, & nobody can be bothered to reply, so would not recommend this company at all, really bad customer service
