Absolutely disgusting customer service. Order never arrived after 12 days of trying to chase it up I got an email back saying a refund had been processed. 4 days later still no refund and now I’m being told to take it up with Amazon customer service even though it was bought through their website and not Amazon. Tried telling them this but just keep getting the same rubbish email. Now having to contact trading standards. Absolute joke of a company. Pay slightly more and go to a proper retailer and not theses scammers
