They took my money on the 18th August and still no product , no answer to my email chasing product , tracking number says not recognised.I have to wait 2 weeks before NatWest will let me report them as scam , I paid on my debit card so have lost my money that I can’t afford to lose so feel really angry how a company can trade so illegally and I am unable to get my money back .It is so unfair
