KONNEC is an online company that purports to offer a service for household items. Through this company's website I ordered and paid for, a tin of paint. This was never delivered. I required a refund repeatedly which was never paid back, despite many emails from me and their replies to the contrary. This makes KONNEC a company not suitable to continue trading, if this is their normal way of conducting business.
