My order arrived today, two days after it has been shipped. I ordered a coat which looks great, fits me perfectly, and looks exactly as I imagined based on the images on the website. The only negative thing, however, was that the estimated ship-out date was not met. When I contacted customer service about that, I got a quick response explaining the situation.
