For my first time using KOODING. I made an order on January 27th , I've never received an email from you saying that you received my order. I felt strange, I thought that it was a fake website.
I tried to contact you, you have no customer service phone number or chat. I sent you an email, of course, no one get back to me, finally, I found your Messenger, I sent you a message still no one get back to me. Finally, I received my item on February 28th,
I'm thankful that I received my item however the communication was really terrible
