I sent them an email about whether my order was shipped and end received an answer that most of my item had been out of stock and they are waiting to collect another one. The problem is I placed an order a couple weeks before that, how can it be out of stock but still available on the website (at the time I placed my order). Was it mean the brand didn’t consider the items of my order until it is out of it had been already out of stock at that time? And I’m also frustrate I didn’t even receive any information about that?
