I placed an order with Kooding for 3 items and a month later was informed the products are out of stock. They gave me an option to get a full refund or get a store credit. I requested a full refund in an original payment method but they did not give me a refund for another month. I finally contacted them and made a second request. I finally got my refund a week after but it was not a good experience and I don't want to recommend Kooding for online shopping. Their way of handling customer's requests makes me doubt if the company is legit.
