It's been over a month and the clothes I purchased are still in the "brand fulfillment" stage. I tried contacting customer service, but it's been a week and they haven't replied.
Honestly, save yourself the trouble and go to a different third party retailer. It seems like most of the stuff Kooding advertises isn't ever actually available anyway.
