Really disappointed in the declining quality of their snacks. I have been ordering regularly for a couple of years. My last order the beef sticks were very tough with an odd taste. Thought I’d order one more time and this time the jerky is absolutely horrible. Extremely dry and stringy making it difficult and unpleasant to eat. I tried to contact customer service but they ignored me. Won’t be ordering again.
