“The beef sticks are delicious, however Kooee customer service is non-existent. The beef sticks I ordered directly from the Kooee website had a relatively short shelf life, particularly when compared with those I purchased from Woolworths the week before, which had a significantly longer expiry date. I wanted to raise this with Kooee, but despite making numerous attempts to contact the company, I have been unable to get a response. Both emails I sent bounced back with a postmaster “undelivered” message. Phone calls go directly to message bank with no ability to leave a voicemail. The online chat is AI only, the contact form submitted through their website has gone unanswered, and I have received no response to my direct message on Instagram, despite the company actively posting on its stories. I have made a genuine effort to resolve this directly with Kooee, but there appears to be no accessible or responsive customer service channel. While I enjoy the product itself, the lack of communication and support has left me extremely disappointed. Great products are only part of the customer experience, and Kooee’s lack of customer service has unfortunately let them down.”

“As a nutritionist I'm always looking to make or buy products that are healthy for my children. These are a great high protein snack to have on the go. The fact that they are a clean product, no numbers and grassfed beef just takes it to the next level and I'm happy giving them to my children.”

“I recently received my beef sticks, and I was really looking forward to them as I thought they would be perfect for travelling and having as snacks after hiking. They are delicious but.. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed to find that some of the packets arrived with broken seals, while others weren’t vacuum sealed properly and were open on the sides. I have sent an email have heard nothing.”

“Poor Customer Service My kids love the salami sticks but we recently found a very mouldy stick in a new packet. I tried to email several times and all bounced back. I tried calling multiple times with no answer and no call back. I tried using the chat feature with no reply? Seems like you can’t contact the company at all.”
