“My latest order of beef sticks and jerky were tough and dry with an odd taste. Have purchased many times and didn’t have this issue. I emailed customer service but I never got a response.”

“Really disappointed in the declining quality of their snacks. I have been ordering regularly for a couple of years. My last order the beef sticks were very tough with an odd taste. Thought I’d order one more time and this time the jerky is absolutely horrible. Extremely dry and stringy making it difficult and unpleasant to eat. I tried to contact customer service but they ignored me. Won’t be ordering again.”

Hi Mathew, Thank you very much for the below. I can completely understand why you're disappointed and frustrated and am sorry to hear you've been waiting so long. We've tried giving you a call but haven't been able to get through - so please feel free to give me a call back at 03 6330 2255 if you have any questions. I did reply to your original email on 12/10/222 but it's possible this was filtered into your junk/promotions folder. We had a look at your order and saw that the order you placed didn't include any street name when you completed the address field. The AusPost address validation system completes an automatic check to confirm the suburb and postcode match but unfortunately, it doesn't have the capability to identify if the street name is valid or not. My team did dispatch your order within 1 business day but it couldn't be delivered due to the address and has been returned to sender. In any event, we have just refunded your order. I've also emailed you a coupon code which will provide a 10% discount on your next order. I'd really love for you to have the opportunity to try our jerky so please feel free to use this code to save a bit of money. Again, apologies for this situation but we'd love if we could retain you as a customer. Dean
