Kora is starting to become famous for its consistently terrible customer service. The packages are a hit or a miss and I’ve had broken glass bottles, missing items or defective products. It definitely feels like playing Russian Roulette when ordering directly from Kora. I have been disappointed overall and have yet to see improvement with this brand. The video tutorials are also getting super repetitive and boring. Customers want to see more relatable content and learn new information not things they already know, especially loyal customers. Also, the pricing I feel needs work as well. This company might need an experienced CEO with the proper background and education to really help make this brand a reputable one as I humbly believe it needs a lot of work to be done in many areas.
