I love the Nori glow face balm when it comes un-damaged. I have had four tubes so far and two of them mustve gotten too hot or something during shipping because they were grainy, I could still use the product but it did not absorb into the skin like the two balms that were smooth. I love the product when it is smooth and I apply it several times a day!
