I love everything I have bought. My one problem was a broken sprayer on my mint face spray. There was no way to contact kora, so I would have to say that’s a problem. I’m now using a plastic spray bottle instead of the beautiful glass one. I think in the future I will buy trough Sephora or Amazon for easier returns.
