Amazing products and customer service. I am only giving it a 3 instead of 5 because I thought I'd be a KO girl forever, but they're removing and reformulating so much so fast that I'm afraid it'll have to much of an affect on all my families face and bodies. I honestly don't know if I can keep on using KO products, which is something I never thought I'd say. Myself and family use all their products, but to take or reformulate half or more of what we use in such a short time is scary. We all thought we had found our perfect products, but they keep changing. I truly hope they think of their regular customers and not just new ones during this fast change. Brands evolve, but not usually this fast or amount this often. :(
