Great products and service, the best actually. That's why I've been loyal for years, but changing and withdrawing half their products and replacing them with impractical packaging that is also not aesthetically pleasing, all in under a year makes me not trust the brand I've come to love and depend on. I don't know about you, but glass in the shower is just crazy, hence I cannot use many of their products.
The old ones were perfect.
