i didn't realise that the store wasn't in perth which if i knew this i would have probably gone into the store rather than online and as such i thought 10 days was a rather lengthy time to deliver my items, when i saw that they were coming from melbourne i realised that the time frames were reasonable i recieved my products in 10 days and am happy with what i have got and also very happy with the feed back responce time when i emailed questions.
all in all i may not shop online again but will shop with Kosmic.
