The online purchase was pretty good. I was expecting some delay in delivery, so the month it took to happen did not bother me. However, if given some notice of day of delivery, it would have avoided the inconvenience the Saturday delivery caused. I had to go out more than 10k to collect, when a closer collection agency was definitely available - clearly a choice that favoured the driver, not the customer.
