I bought an amp to be delivered to the Perth store. When I unpacked it at home in the box it was very messy inside, polystyrene in impossible places, but worst: the power cable twisted the exposed tubes/valves. Extremely dusty. Clearly a demo model that had been on the shelves for a long time. I protested and had next day call back from store manager Boris, who was very apologetic, the shipment came from another capital city and he gave me a 50$ store credit.
So, think amicably solved. Thanks Boris.
