Popped in today looking for a Eukele. Greeted by friendly staff member. Told him what I was after, listened and says he’d get someone to help. Along comes Ian, listened to what specs I asked for. Demonstrated a couple and before I knew it I’d picked one. No pressure, helped me with a bag and chord book. Great experience.
