I can’t go higher than 2 since you’re still advertising next day delivery!! Knowing that you won’t be able to deliver in 8 weeks time (or more in my case…)
I understand your point in regards with delivery but I can’t accept that this was just delivery issue, you need a proper and honest system that actually works.
