It was a bit of a different transition due to covid 19. I was in isolation in a hotel in the city as just come from interstate. The staff were helpful.
I'd chosen a guitar on Kosmic's website. They helped arrange a courier to deliver it to the hotel & had good communication that the transaction had all worked well. The guitar has been great & given me something to play over the last 14 day I've been in self isolation in the hotel & Also a pretty good guitar to take home with me.
