The product of course is great, but I was surprised to find items aren't dispatched from the shop and disappointed that it took so long for the item to be dispatched. Also a bit disappointed that I got very little update communication until I sent a concerned email. Then I got too many. However, I've been shopping at Kosmic since the shop was on Albany Hwy and have always like doing business. Thank you.
