A good website, now that I understand you have two stores. When I placed my order I specifically went for in store pick up because it said it would be about a 4 hours wait. It was only after I paid that it said the amp was coming from Melbourne. Better clarity on this would have been good because I felt really disappointed and let down.
After this, email communication was good, although the final email that said the amp had arrived in WA was confusing as it was unclear whether I could pick it up or not.
In store staff were great.
