Kozy's is awesome. As a newcomer to the sport of road riding, they helped me find the right bike, accommodated my exchange when after two rides, I wanted to switch from a hybrid to a real road bike, found the right pedals, and even gave me advice on bike storage. Their team of bike experts is incredibly knowledgeable and the customer service is top-notch.
