The sweetest guys in the front and absolutely horrible customer service at mechanic's. Initially came in for a flat tire repair and a general seasonal check, got attitude and a lot of unnecessary commentary about how cheap my bike was and how crappy, along with suggestions that I'd be better off buying something else. Sure, my bike is nothing fancy, but it serves my needs, and still requires occasional maintenance like any other. The remarks were totally unprofessional, rude and completely out of place. The lady who witnessed the conversation while waiting was in complete shock too, just like me. Sad to be judged at a place where you're supposed to be getting help for your money. Left in complete resentment, and while the service was reasonably priced, I won't be coming back and definitely won't be recommending this shop to anyone I know.
