I had a very good suitcase originally bought from a shop in Harrow in 2011, but both locks of which had broken. The original shop were sympathetic but couldn't help, and I despaired of ever getting the case mended till I went to KPA Shoe Repairs and Services of Northwood. They fixed the case perfectly, which is now as good as new, and I am both very relieved and very pleased.
