A wheel of my much-used,10 year old Samsonite suitcase had disintegrated. KPA obtained the exact parts required and replaced all four wheels wheels in next to no time. An excellent job and the case is now fir for a further 10 years hard work at a fraction of the price of buying a new one. Highly recommended!
