I recommend KPA without hesitation. My briefcase had a broken lock and had gone back to the Prada factory only to return after three weeks, with Prada stating that they couldn't get the parts anymore. KPA were able to source parts and deliver a professional repair quickly. The communications from KPA were excellent and I was exceptionally pleased with all aspect of their service.
