They have managed to fix my Samsonite cases. I had been told by Samsonite repairs that one of my cases was unrepairable even not replaceable under warranty, I was not happy about it but KPA repaired it! :) I had searched for spare wheels everywhere for ages... my case is still like new and Samsonite spares aren't available anymore for old suitcases... KPA made new wheels for my case, Very impressed! Excellent job done! You have Flight crew new clients. Thanks!
