I had just returned from Chile where I had been climbing volcanos and trekking across the Atacama Desert. I have an amazing pair of trekking shoes which were hand made in France. A (not so) helpful hotel staff member started to clean them up for me. He started with black polish on brown shoes. Luckily I was able to stop him going further. I went to KPA when I returned and asked Adjit for some advice. He was brilliant. He showed me what to do, I returned home, stripped the old polish off and applied the recoditioning polish. After a bit of effort and patience the shoes look better than ever. Thanks Ajit! regards Peter
