I have a Radley bag which needed new straps. (I had contacted Radley who do not do repairs although they suggested somebody who did do repairs for them.) The existing ones due to old age had disintegrated. I loved my bag and found it very useful. KPA Shoe Repairs have made an excellent job of replacing the straps with leather and I am very pleased with it. I have used it already. Should the need arise, I will certainly use them again in the future. Thank you.
