Wonderful!
First, the bike is beautiful and the riding experience is marvelous. We chose a muscular bike and you can't tell you're riding a cargo, it feels like a classic bike. It's so pleasant to ride it that I hesitate to take the cargo event when I'm alone and have nothing to carry. This is for the bike quality.
Now for the team. The communication was very easy, we were able to adapt the bike to our needs (as much as the frame geometry), and Kaspar was very nice to answer all my questions (and there were A LOT...).
