“Great company to deal with . The bike arrived a few days late probably due to the local public holidays but no worries it arrived in fantastic, like new condition. I'm well pleased and would highly recommend dealing with KP Cyclery”

“The Bike is a pour dream. It is very easy to handle, already in first 20 Minutes i felt safe riding this bike. Also pretty good is the Brosemotor who always supports you in the right way while you ride with heavy goods! Speaking of heavy goods, it is great how the bike drives when have loaded some heavy goods. The Customerservice is also great within some hours you recieve already an answers on your mail! Thank you Kaspar&Team for such great Bikes!”

“J'ai bien reçu le colis, le montage de la caisse avec le pare brise est top! Le siège est de qualité et le tapis de sol est confortable. Cependant j'ai commandé une canopée et elle n'était pas dans le colis, c'est dommage.”

“One of the best bikes I've ever ridden and I have owned several city bikes and XC-bikes. Geometry is very good for a person whose height is 175cm and handling the bike is easy. It is also easy to keep the cruising speed after you get the bicycle running even with the non-electric version.”

“Wonderful! First, the bike is beautiful and the riding experience is marvelous. We chose a muscular bike and you can't tell you're riding a cargo, it feels like a classic bike. It's so pleasant to ride it that I hesitate to take the cargo event when I'm alone and have nothing to carry. This is for the bike quality. Now for the team. The communication was very easy, we were able to adapt the bike to our needs (as much as the frame geometry), and Kaspar was very nice to answer all my questions (and there were A LOT...). Thank you Hagen for all of this.”

“The bike is just amazing, easy to handle, it took me a few minutes to really get comfortable on the bike. the fact that the bike arrives directly mounted is really appreciable the communication with the hagen bike team was very good the delivery to France went very well”

“Very happy with the bike! I bought the bike in the outlet and added the accessories that we wanted. Hagen bikes put it all on the bike before shipping. The bike was completely ready to go, so I took it for a spin. Very happy with the overall customer experience. All of my questions were answered quickly.”

“Very much satisfied with the frame set, very agile and nice to ride, fast and reliable. The steering is all the way supported by bearings, materials are high quality. Cable attachment points are cleverly placed. Intelligent, cool, carefully made product. The only thing i did not like is the front hub 100mm spacing fits tight in the fork, it might be because of the paint layers, but it has to be mentioned. I also asked KP about details a lot of time, answers came fast. I would have liked if i knew the followings without asking/seeking: seat clamp, head part star nut (not installed for some reasons: a bit annoying to take care of the loose head parts both bottom and top and yet hold the steering shaft), star nut cap and bolt are also provided which i did not know (apologies if its written on the site). There are a few pics about the frame sets, I personally would have loved to see more behind details. These are tiny and acceptable mins, the bike/frame is 10 out of 10. As a bike mechanic I honestly recommend this product. Frame size 57 is just perfect for tall people. Thanks.”

“Kaspar and his Team helped to get a perfect XXXL Cargo Vehicle for our family - XL Version but a little wider. Just received it today and initial impressions are really good. I had no issue getting used to riding it. Jumped on the Bike, started riding and it did feel like I have never had anything else. Perfect.”

“We love our Bike! Right now I don't have much room for improvement. We love zipping around in turbo with the kids. We love the wider tires and we even use it on a lot of our forests roads here to get to the lake or even up to lower mountain Alps. No crazy modifications yet, once the kids grow out of it though we will. Right now we use it half for getting our kids around and grocery shopping in our mountain town. The other half is used at our guesthouse where we transport dirty bed laundy, cleaning supplies etc . Works like a charm. We ride it anytime there is a change over day at our houses. Or when the weather is good. Lookforward to getting our canopy out and riding it even more on the bad weather days with the kids. My kids love riding in the ebike and sometimes just ask to go for a joy ride... which i love. Heard about hagen through a friend in munich who put us in touch with the munich contact. Never even considered anything else after that. Best Tyler”

“Without a doubt, the most fun I have had on a bike. Since we received the bike, our need for a car has dropped off almost completely in day to day life. Trips to the market, to the beach, to the recycling/rubbish center... all by bike. I was weary of the electric version at first, being a bit of a bike purist. But I have been so happily proven wrong. This is the most functional and enjoyable way to get around. Add on to that top-notch customer service, an easy ordering process, and a great looking bike - highly recommended by us!”

“We bought a Nighthawk E-Cargobike with standard bed, wide box, visor and child seats. We are absolutely in love with ride characteristics of the bike. The steel frame provides a lovely feel and flex. The bike is super agile and quick. Its no problme to ride 30+ km/h. We are very pleased with the easy comunication with Kaspar. He quickly answered all our questions and is always helpful.”
