So disappointed, ordering a riding hat for my son's birthday 12 days ago. Just called up to be told that it is out of stock and I should have received an email (I have not), then they haven't even refunded me the full amount, they kept the postage! This has now been rectified but appalling customer service and one very disappointment child.
