So far my experience with Kubera has been OK. I had a significant hick up related to the different types of connections and duplicating accounts when reconnecting a bank, but Umesh was wonderful and helped me fix the issue right away. Customer service has been great, which I really appreciate.
I don't give it 5 stars because there are still a few institutions Kubera can't connect to so I am required to do some manual work. Ideally, we should be able to be fully automated.
