Ordered two articles, waited an entire month without any response. When I sent an email apparently fedex told them that I had refused the delivery several days after confirmation of my purchase. I thought that this was very odd and I was not made aware of this whatsoever. Ontop of not getting a refund due to "processing fees", it felt very irresponsible for the merchant to not notify me about the complications with my order in the very least.
